Yarrawonga Holiday Park, Yarrawonga

Yarrawonga Holiday Park is a solid choice for families, especially with its great playground and splash park for the kids. The location by the river makes it convenient for a stroll into town. However, I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the amenities, and there were some staff who seemed short with guests at times.

I had a wonderful experience at the park hotel, which is my go-to spot for boating and fishing at Lake Mulwala. The accommodations are spacious and clean, with friendly staff making each visit pleasant. However, the deluxe units did have some cleanliness issues and an unpleasant smell during my stay, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable time. Additionally, while the amenities are great for families, I wish they would focus more on the upkeep in certain areas.

Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this caravan park. The splash park and playground were fantastic for the kids, and the location in Yarrawonga is lovely-definitely a place I want to revisit. However, the cleanliness of the amenities left a lot to be desired. A bit of maintenance and attention to detail would go a long way to improve the experience.
